Take Time Tuesdays is a new studio experience I created for families who want to celebrate life’s milestones, big or small, without committing to a full custom session. On select Tuesdays this Fall, my studio will be open for simple, timeless portraits designed to help you press pause and make the time for what matters most.
The truth is, the milestone is happening whether you capture it or not. Take Time Tuesdays makes it easier to say yes before the moment slips away.
What is Take Time Tuesdays?
Take Time Tuesday sessions are relaxed, 30-minute portrait experiences designed for any milestone that deserves to be remembered. Newborns, birthdays, anniversaries, maternity, couples, grandparents, professional headshots — whatever chapter you’re in, it’s worth documenting.

📸 Sessions are $350, which also includes 3 digital images to cherish forever
👨👩👧 Up to 6 people per session
Booking opens the Sunday before each date, with time slots available from 10am to 6pm. If you don’t snag a slot, walk-ins are welcome.
What are the Set Designs?
The Take Time Tuesday studio is designed with simplicity and timelessness in mind. You’ll choose between two clean, versatile setups:
- all-white space with matching floor, backdrop, and minimal props for a bright, airy fee
- a rich navy wall accented with empty gold frames and a cozy seating area layered in neutral blankets and pillows
Both spaces are styled to highlight connection and emotion rather than distractions, with soft, natural lighting. No matter which you choose, the result is effortless, timeless portraits that fit seamlessly into any home or personal style.
Why I Created This Experience
Not everyone can invest in a full luxury portrait experience, but everyone wants to be seen, celebrated, and remembered. Take Time Tuesdays is my way of making portraits more accessible while still offering the care and artistry that Once Upon a Flash Photography is known for.
Because at the end of the day, portraits aren’t just about looking nice. They’re about remembering who you are, who you love, and how this season of life felt.
